Inclusive Development, Lasting Impact

Empowerment Organization for Change (EOC) envisions an inclusive, gender-equitable, and resilient Afghanistan in which women, girls, and marginalized populations are empowered to actively contribute to social, economic, and environmental development processes. Through integrated, multi-sectoral programming in women’s empowerment, education, WASH, sustainable livelihoods, climate-resilient agriculture, health, climate action, and disaster risk reduction, EOC seeks to strengthen community capacities, and enhance resilience to humanitarian and climate-induced shocks. As a women-led organization, EOC prioritizes local leadership, participatory and community-driven approaches, and rights-based programming to ensure sustainable and transformative outcomes for communities across Afghanistan.
