Health and Nutrition

Health and nutrition are fundamental to human development, resilience, and well-being.

Primary Health Care Services

We support the delivery of essential primary health care services through community health programs, mobile clinics, and health facility support. Our interventions aim to improve maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health outcomes.

Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH)

We implement programs to improve maternal and child health, including antenatal and postnatal care, skilled birth attendance support, immunization outreach, and community health education for mothers and caregivers.

Nutrition Support and Management of Malnutrition

We deliver nutrition interventions to prevent and treat malnutrition, particularly among children under five and pregnant and lactating women. Our activities include screening, referral, supplementary feeding, and community-based management of acute malnutrition (CMAM) in collaboration with health authorities and partners.

Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF)

We promote optimal infant and young child feeding practices through counseling, awareness sessions, and mother support groups to improve child growth and development.

Community Health Education and Behavior Change

We conduct community awareness campaigns on disease prevention, hygiene, reproductive health, nutrition, and healthy behaviors to empower communities with life-saving knowledge.

Mental Health and Psychosocial Support

We integrate psychosocial support into health and community programs to address stress, trauma, and well-being, especially among conflict-affected and displaced populations.

Health System Strengthening

We support health facilities and health workers through training, provision of essential equipment and supplies, and data collection and reporting systems to strengthen local health service delivery.

Emergency Health and Nutrition Response

In humanitarian emergencies, we provide life-saving health and nutrition assistance to displaced and disaster-affected populations, including mobile health services, nutrition screening, and referral to specialized care.
