Empowerment Organization for Change (EOC) is a women-led, women-focused, non-political, non-profit national organization positioned at the intersection of humanitarian response, and sustainable development. EOC was legally established and registered as a national organization with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan on 18 October 2016, under registration number 4017.

Rapid Humanitarian Response

We provide immediate life-saving assistance during emergencies, including food, non-food items (NFIs), shelter materials, and essential household items to crisis-affected populations.

Support for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)

We deliver integrated assistance to IDPs, including temporary shelter support, WASH services, health and nutrition interventions, and protection services to improve living conditions in displacement settings.

Assistance to Refugees and Returnees

We support refugees, returnees, and cross-border displaced populations with reintegration assistance, livelihoods support, education, and access to basic services to facilitate safe and sustainable return and reintegration.
