Empowerment Organization for Change (EOC) is a women-led, women-focused, non-political, non-profit national organization positioned at the intersection of humanitarian response, and sustainable development. EOC was legally established and registered as a national organization with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan on 18 October 2016, under registration number 4017.
Empowerment Organization for Change (EOC) envisions an inclusive, gender-equitable, and resilient Afghanistan in which women, girls, and marginalized populations are empowered to actively contribute to social, economic, and environmental development processes.
