Emergency Response and Support for Refugees and IDPs

Humanitarian emergencies, conflict, natural disasters, and displacement continue to affect vulnerable populations across Afghanistan and the region. Our Emergency Response and Support for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) thematic area focuses on delivering timely, life-saving assistance while promoting dignity, protection, and resilience. We adopt an integrated, needs-based approach to ensure displaced populations and host communities have access to essential services, protection, and sustainable recovery opportunities.
